- Lector:
- Proclaiming the Word of God at Mass brings the Word alive to those who hear it. We need members of our community to step forward who feel comfortable to proclaim the Word each week. Contact the parish office if you are interested in this ministry.
- Eucharistic Minister:
- Members of our community are commissioned to be Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. By being commissioned, Eucharistic Ministers help distribute Holy Communion at Mass and bring Holy Communion to the sick and homebound. Contact the parish office if you are interested in this ministry.
- Altar Server:
- Children in grades 4 and up are invited to share their Time and Talent by assisting as servers at Mass. Children help assist the priest at the Altar. Training sessions are conducted prior to being installed as servers in the church. Please contact the parish office for more information about this important ministry.
- Outreach:
- Our parish community provides a house for the Town of Moriah Food Pantry. Members of our community are invited to share their time and talent by assisting the means of distributing food to the needy in our community. For more information please contact Sue Morse at 942-3386.
- Choir:
- Making a joyful noise unto the Lord is an important part of our Liturgical Life. Members of our parish community join their voices together to sing a joyful noise and lead us weekly in our prayer and worship. A choir is being built and those who are able to join are invited to share your time and talent with the whole community. Please contact the parish office for more information.
- Ushers:
- Assisting at Mass by taking up the collection is the job of an usher. An usher also assists in making sure that everyone is welcome and has a place in the church. Those wishing to be usher for our parish community are invited to contact the parish office.
- Greeter:
- Welcoming is an important part of hospitality. We pride ourselves in being a welcoming community here. Share your gifts and talents by being ministers of Hospitality. Contact the parish office for more information.

- Social Ministries:
- Our parish provides the use of our Parish Center to grieving families after the funeral liturgy for their loved one. Volunteers help provide the means of hospitality. Volunteers in our parish share their time by helping during the meal. If you are interested in sharing in this ministry please contact the parish office.
- Art/Environment:
- Making our church and surroundings look nice comes with a great deal of care and attention. During the summer volunteers help maintain our grounds by planting flowers and plants. The Church has flowers that adorn our altar each Sunday. If you have a gift for plants and flowers maybe sharing that talent with the parish community is something that might be of interest to you. - Office Help:
- There are occasions when volunteers are needed for some general office work, i.e., parish mailings, folding bulletins. If you have time and would like to volunteer when there is a need please contact the parish office and leave your name.
- Maintenance:
- There are occasions when there is a need for general maintenance in our church buildings. If you have particular talent in an area of maintenance and can help us out on occasion please share the time and talent with us. By using volunteers we can help keep our expenses down to a minimum.
- Pastoral Council:
- The Pastoral Council works with the Pastor on the Spiritual and Temporal Life of our parish. Members of our Parish Community are elected by the greater community to serve on this council. - Finance Council:
- Every pastor is expected to have a Finance Council in the parish. The Finance Council, appointed by the Pastor, assists him in the operations of the parish. The Finance Council meets regularly with the pastor. If you have an interested in this ministry please call Fr. Scott and give him your name. See Finance Council members...
- Religious Education:
- Download Registration Forms to enroll your child in religious education classes in the parish. Print and complete the necessary forms and return them to the parish office.
